I Blog After Dark: Getting back into the groove, our first beach party and Cops & Robbers...

Phew, it's good to be back in the swing of things... It's always such a challenge to get back in the groove after the holidays... at least for me, because I'm a giant slacker! When I relax... I reeeelax! You'll have noticed (or maybe you haven't SURPRISE) that we have stopped the After Dark Talks and have replaced them with a magical, awesome, fun fun, SUPER fun, Beach Party of AWESOME! (in the afternoon) You see, we here at After Dark have always planned on having an afternoon event to show our EU folks some love, and our -only available during the day- folks some love, but we just got caught up with everything else, and we never seemed to find the opportunity to introduce this event, so TADAAA, on a Kami "it's the new year lets try something new" opportunity, we're doing this. Every Tuesday at 1pm SLT, we are going to have a beach party. Nothing fancy, a great DJ, great company, a great beach... what more could you ask for? Our first party we ended up playing Cards Against Humanity... which is HILARIOUS! So come on out if you're around, slip into your beachwear and have some fun with us! Who knows what this could turn in to!

Thursday's event was Cops & Robbers. We had a great little jail there that we all had fun with I think. I know I had lots of fun with it, before the party, during the party, and after the party... *laughs* You know you've made a good purchase when... Sir got me on voice saying naughty things to Him... but He looked so sexy all dressed up like an Officer of the Law! *swoons* Thanks everyone for coming out.

We just had our Weekend Wrap Up. Durgan was out for the week, and we had Sir DJing again... it's been a busy week for Him. It was a successful night, the weekend was wrapped up well, and there was much fun to be had. We almost drowned the club with water balloons, thanks to Rho Sir's asking for a wet-tshirt concert, and the bouncing of bodyparts went on and on due to physics... it was quite a night.
