Fur Love!!!

Mew mew meow mrooowl... oh I mean, hi everyone! What a great event Fur Love was! We had all kinds of beasties come out of the woodwork... horses, werewolves, kitties, squirrels, even a fir tree! It was so much fun, and a great opportunity to bounce around and be furry with all the great people of After Dark! Thanks for coming out everyone!

This week is one that I've been looking forward to since I planned the calendar! Winter Carnival... ok so there's not much winter about it because it's going to be on the beach... I really should have thought about the name of this event before we did the posters... but CARNIVAL!!! I'm not sure if any of you remember Sunshine's birthday a few months ago, when I built her a carnival? Well I LOVED it, so I decided we needed to have it as an official event sometime... and VOILA... event! CARNIVAL! ANNND it will be up until Mardis Gras! Ok, so I'm a bit excited. But yay, carnival, come play, it'll be up for a fair bit, and filled with awesome fun stuff!

So that's Thursday this week, on the 27th at 7pm, in the middle, we of course have the Weekend Wrap Up tonight, After Dark at the Beach on Tuesday at 1pm, and then the following Weekend Wrap Up on the 2nd of March at 6pm. Don't miss out on a great week of events! Hope to see you all there.

Valentine's Day!!!

I hope everyone had an excellent Valentine's Day filled with love and happy things! We had a fantastic day at After Dark, and our Masquerade Ball was a great hit with the people that attended! Thanks everyone for coming out and having fun with us. Love was in the air, and DJ Cin had some great tunes for us. What a magical night! A special thanks to Rho Sir for his RLV creation that took away our tags and made it fun to not know who was whom. We all mostly knew who was whom, but none the less, it was fun.

This week we have Fur Love on Thursday, After Dark at the Beach on Tuesday! Remember, we're doing the beach party in the afternoon, so if you're about, come on over, and don't forget the Weekend Wrap Up on Sunday. This week's wrap up was phenomenal, the place was packed, and DJ Paint even extended his set to keep people partying. It was great to see everyone!

Latex Love!!!

First, I just have to say I hate google. Thank you. I had to get that out of my system. Onwards and forwards! We had a great night with all the latex goodness! Thanks everyone who came out! DJ Cin had an amaaazing set of bump and grind music that had everyone's temperature rising... there was so much naughty stuff going on, on the dance floor, I thought for sure I was going to have to get the hose, or a mop! I'm glad everyone had a great night, I sure did.

Thanks to everyone who came out to hear the Doctor, DJ Shane, on Tuesday, it was a great afternoon, and a perfect introduction to a new DJ. He's going to be poking his head in from time to time when he gets an opportunity to join us, and fill in when he can. It's always great to have new DJs on the team. For the time being though, we're going to have Sir, DJ Helios, on as our regular DJ for the Tuesday afternoons at the beach.

Speaking of new DJs, tonight, (Sunday the 9th) we have our other new DJ, Mr. DJ PaintHorse, in the house to do his first official run at the Weekend Wrap Up! Don't miss out and come wrap your weekend up with us!

This week looks fantastic, as usual. The Tuesday beach party at 1pm, Thursday is our amazing Masquerade Ball at 7pm! To celebrate Valentines Day of course! I love doing formals, and this just gives me another excuse, so come get dressed up and help us celebrate. Then, of course we have our Weekend Wrap up on Sunday the 16th at 6pm SLT. Games Night!!

There was Greedy, there was Cards Against Humanity, there was even a fun round of SLictionary!! What a great night. DJ Cin kept things waaaay mellow with a great set of tunes that just really matched the night, and we all had a great time playing games and having fun! Thanks for coming out everyone and having fun with us!

We have filled two new DJ positions with PaintHorse Graysmark, and Dr. Shane Fairlock! They'll be filling our Sunday Weekend Wrap Up positions and the Tuesday at the Beach slot. Come on out this Tuesday to hear the awesome spinning of Dr. Shane Fairlock, and next Sunday for PaintHorse Graysmark's debut at the Weekend Wrap Up! (You're all still stuck with me tonight 2/2/2014 for the WWU) I'm looking forward to having this new talent on the team, so please help us out by showing your support!
